Step 1: Contact your financial service provider
Before submitting a claim to The Financial Services Control, you should contact your financial service provider (Broker). Your issue may be resolved quickly directly with the broker.
Your broker should be able to resolve the issue with you independently. In most cases, brokers review customer claims no later than 14 days from the date of submission.

Submit a claim to The Financial Services Control
If the claim is still unresolved, or if the broker's decision does not satisfy you, you have the right to submit a claim to The Financial Services Control.

We accept any information related to previously submitted claims that have not yet been resolved by the resolution committee. If you have received a claim registration number, please include it in the subject line of the email.
