DetailsThe Financial Services Control provides additional protection for traders through the Compensation Fund
A client can file a claim with The Financial Services Control only if they are dissatisfied with the broker's decision or if the broker has not provided a response to the claim within 14 days.
A client has the right to file a claim within 45 days from the date of the incident; however, they must first submit the claim to their broker
The Compensation Fund covers decisions up to 100,000 euros per client of a Partner of The Financial Services Control.
The Financial Services Control will review the grounds of the claim and confirm whether the claim falls under its responsibility within 5 days.
